Die Bos Parade will be performing makeovers of various Afrikaans themes, folk tunes and hits in their upcoming gig in Rosebank.
Established in 2020, the group is made up of Graeme Lees on guitar, Vasti Zeeman-Knoesen on vocals, David Pinoit on cello and Brydon Bolton on double bass. They portray the characters of Sybrandt Boerewors, Wilma Koeksuster, Fransie Vermaak and Sersant, respectively.
They will be playing tracks from their two extended-play recordings, Toeriste Treffers and Ek’s Net Dom.
You can catch Die Bos Parade at The Alma Cafe, 20 Alma Road, Rosebank, on Friday June 23. Be there at 6.30pm for 7pm. Tickets cost R180 and must be pre-booked at bookings@almacafe.co.za
