Zaranoz FC crowned social league champions

Zaranoz FC, who play in the Gatesville Social League at the sports field opposite the Gatesville Medical Centre, in Rylands, have been crowned league champions, knockout winners and special tournament winners. The side also went undefeated throughout the season. A big part of their success, say club members, is thanks to the support of friends and family and Leith Roofing, a Claremont-based company where some players are employed and who sponsored the team’s kit.
