Panthers down Crusaders Ladies to book spot in CTSA knockout final

Panthers will face Westridge Yankees in the final on March 16

Panthers Softball Club booked a place in the Cape Town Softball Association's Knockout Final, with their win at the Turfhall Softball Stadium on Sunday, March 2.

Following an entertaining Women's First Division match, the Plumstead-based Panthers beat Grassy Park Crusaders 10-5 in Athlone. 

They will face the Westridge Yankees in the Knockout final, at 11am, at Turfhall, on Sunday March 16.  

Panthers, however, will shift their focus to Saturday's Grand Challenge C semi-final clash, against Battswood, at 4pm. In the Grand Challenge H section, Panthers will face Tornados in the semi-finals, at 5pm, on March 8.
