To front the latest campaign G star turned to Rugby star Hacjivah Dayimani. Known for his fearless approach both on and off the field, making him the perfect embodiment of ‘Denim with Balls’ - a collection that defies traditional denim craftsmanship with unconventional tailoring, experimental silhouettes, and bold innovation. A true style disruptor, Dayimani blends elements of sport, streetwear, and high fashion with ease, making him a natural fit for a collection that defies convention. With its experimental silhouettes, unconventional tailoring, and forward-thinking craftsmanship, the collaboration speaks to those who move with confidence - whether in competition or in self-expression.

First unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, the Walter Van Beirendonck x G-STAR capsule collection is a daring reimagination of denim. Given complete creative freedom, Van Beirendonck experimented with gluing and taping instead of traditional stitching, creating a bold, high-impact aesthetic that challenges the norms of denim craftsmanship. “I aimed to challenge and reimagine traditional methods. Why are clothes still being stitched when we have the potential to explore so many other techniques? This project is all about innovation, research, and pushing the conventions of fashion. It was great to be given total creative freedom by G-STAR.” - Walter Van Beirendonck

Vans continues its partnership with British rapper Little Simz 

Vans unveils the next chapter of their Premium Old Skool Music Collection with British rapper Little Simz and Vans EMEA team rider Helena Long. Born in skate, raised in music, fusing heritage with innovation, Vans is reworking a classic for the next generation of creatives who move to their own beat. Little Simz is an artist known for pushing boundaries both musically and stylistically. She’s been part of the Vans family since 2023 and has left her mark on the brand with a custom Slip-On collection, multiple campaign features, and an unforgettable House of Vans performance in Johannesburg. Now, she steps into the Premium Old Skool, a shoe that—like her music—challenges the status quo. Filmed in Johannesburg during Little Simz’s headline set at House of Vans, the campaign follows Little Simz and Helena Long, captured through the lens of longtime collaborator Fenn O’Meally. 

First introduced as the Style 36 in 1977, the Old Skool™ was built for skaters, but its influence didn’t stop there. As the first Vans sneaker to feature the now-iconic Sidestripe™, it became a symbol of rebellion and creativity. For decades, it’s been worn in sweaty punk clubs, on hip hop stages, and by skaters carving their own path. The Premium Old Skool Music Collection taps into that energy by pulling inspiration from the three defining eras of music that made the Old Skool a cultural staple.

Puma reveals their latest  campaign empowering female self-expression
