Pupils honoured

Salt River High School held an awards ceremony for its top achievers at the Blackpool Hall on Friday February 10. Grade 8 to 12 pupils gathered to honour their fellow pupils.

From left, are the top achievers for their respective grades, Kelly Malete, Grade 8, Unathi Yekani, Grade 10 and View Mabona, Grade 11.

Grade 11 pupil Tameqha Vermeulen walks up to receive her certificate.

The pupils thanked general foreman Wilma Leggit for all she does for them.

Grade 12 head Cohen Charles was the MC.
