Groote Schuur Hospital seeks public assistance to identify unknown patient

Groote Schuur Hospital needs help in identifying a male patient who has been in there for over a month. According to the hospital, the 34-year-old patient’s name is unknown, and is currently in Ward 7 with a head injury.

The patient can be described as having tattoos on both arms, with the name “Shannon Lee” tattooed on his right shoulder. He also has tattoos on his back.

According to the provincial health and wellness department, the male was found in Green Point after 10 pm on Tuesday, September 9, where he was first taken to Somerset Hospital before being transferred to Groote Schuur.
