A magical evening was hosted by the staff of Magic 828AM radio at their offices in Pinelands, to celebrate the station’s second birthday. Station CEO, Tony Sanderson, expressed his gratitude to the 350 000 listeners who tune in to listen to their favourite hits of the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s. In true Magic style, the station gave out thousands of rand
in prizes in competitions run throughout the month of October and concluded their birthday evening by handing out the last prizes.
