Strong winds blew over the gantry at the main entrance to Access Park, in Kenilworth, on Tuesday.
CCTV footage shared on social media showed the gantry collapsing in strong winds, just after 9am, blocking the entrance off Race Course Road.
Access Park centre manager Adnan Chogle said he was thankful that no one was hurt.
Access Park was still open for business and shoppers could use the Myhof Road entrance, he said.
He was unable to say when the main entrance would be reopened.
