I would like to express a word of thanks and appreciation to the Riverside Mall, in Rondebosch, for the alertness and observance of the security on duty on Sunday morning July 10.
I did a transaction at an ATM and forgot my warm winter gloves there. After realising my negligence, I turned back and the gloves were not there.
On sharing my disappointment with the gentleman at the security desk, he handed me my gloves with a smiling, friendly face. All praise to him and management of the mall.
