South Africa’s senior men’s ice hockey team got their International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) world championship Division III Group A campaign off to a good start, beating Turkmenistan 9-6. The action continues until Sunday. Thailand face Turkmenistan today, Thursday April 20, at 8pm.

ChineseTaipei will go up against Luxembourg, tomorrow, Friday April 21, at 4pm and South Africa take on Thailand at 8pm. Sunday, April 23 sees Turkmenistan up against ChineseTaipei at 2pm and South Africa face Luxembourg in the competition’s final match at 6pm. Tickets cost R100 through Computicket.
