Pinelands Bowling Club is inviting families and friends to join the club.

Traditionally a hub for the elderly, the 95-year-old bowling club is inviting people as young as 10 to join.

During a social game last week in Pinelands, club manager, Alan Letcher said families of all ages are welcome to spend an afternoon immersed in the joy of lawn bowls.

Letcher said it is a timeless sport for building connections and memories that span generations.
