The Neighbourhood Old Age Home (NOAH) held an open day on Thursday, October 9, at its Woodstock branch to thank its donors for all their support.
Around 20 donors and friends of NOAH attended the open day, where they enjoyed refreshments and networked with each other, and they also had an opportunity to see the items sold by the seniors living at the NOAH homes.
NOAH d,irector, Victor Southwell said all the donors and funders are part of their NOAH world. “You are the reason our light continues to glow. Through your financial support, you help us keep our doors open; through your advice and network, you extend our reach in the work that we do,” he said.
NOAH resident, Natalie Fabing, 66, said it was exciting that the donors came today. “We had an open day and market day run by residents of NOAH, and NOAH provides us with many opportunities,” she said.
