Residents from Harfield Community Improvement District (HVCID), Claremont Community Policing Forum (CPF), Friends of Harfield Parks, private security, and the City’s solid waste management team joined a clean-up from Kenilworth Station to Harfield Station on Sunday, October 26.

However, HVCID manager Jen Rowe said the litter railway was "way too much for them to clear with so few people, so I will be contacting PRASA and asking them to do their own clean up".

She also thanked the team who tackled the worst part of the clean-up and the two members of PRASA protection services who joined them.

“You were all amazing, and we did make a difference,” she said.
